Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care
Benefit From Our Philosophy of a Life of Wholeness
Whether the patient is recuperating from a serious illness in our rehabilitation center, or is a long term resident- each individual care plan is developed by an interdepartmental care team, with input from the patient/resident and family.
Skilled nursing care around the clock helps residents avoid hospitalizations, and a number of amenities and a full calendar of activities to add to the quality of life
