Activities

Our activities program is designed with the individual needs and interests of the resident in mind. Our goal is develop and maintain a sense of usefulness and self-respect among all those we care for. We encourage residents to spend one-on-one time with others, to engage in individual activities such as reading and knitting, and to participate in scheduled events and activities which include exercise group, art therapy, resident council meetings, and glee club.

Visiting

Visiting is encouraged at Marian Manor; there are no set visiting hours but we recommend visits between 10 am and 8 pm. You can visit with your loved one in the Cafe, lobby or courtyards. We can offer you community areas and help with planning for family celebrations and special occasions.

Courtesy Valet Services

Courtesy Valet Services offered daily to family and visitors from 3:30PM to 7:30PM.

Mass

Daily and Sunday mass is offered at our own Immaculate Conception chapel. It is open 24 hours a day for prayer and reflection.

Salon/Barbershop

Licensed stylists are available Monday - Friday to provide complete hair care services for residents.

Meals

Three good tasting and nutritious meals are served to residents each day, either in their rooms or in the Main Dining Room, a pleasant place to chat and enjoy the company of others.

Side-by-Side Café

The Cafe is open every day, offering a menu from snacks and desserts to meals to residents, family members, and staff.

Shopping

A wide variety of items are available for purchase at our gift shop, such as toiletries, candy, greeting cards, and more. We also have a traveling store that comes to Marian Manor periodically so residents may purchase clothing or shoes.

Amenities at Marian Manor

• Laundry service is provided to each resident at Marian Manor.
• Newspaper delivery and television services can be arranged.
• Incoming mail is delivered each day and staff makes sure outgoing mail is deposited.
• Absentee ballots are available for residents who cannot go directly to the polls to vote.
• Banking services, including check cashing, are available four days each week on site.
